How to Feel Peace and Calm in Your Body
Close your eyes. What image do you see now? It just me cuddled into the younger ones bed with all of the stuffed animals everywhere and just like hugging both of them. The first time it was, I feel peaceful and I feel loving. And where do you feel that peacefulness in your body? And my shoulders. This time, instead of being like a flush of warm, it's just kind oflike a flush of relaxation. Feels like very diffused. So on a scale of one to 10, you're out of five, six, where is it now?
