How to Move Your Team Meetings to Documentation Based Meetings

Connor: I blame myself mainly for this, I was talking way too much in those tools and I wasn't really abusing the nature of those tools. So what we did is we actually moved the entire async, we moved the entire standup over to anync standup. We have a page in our internal kind of knowledge base system where every day a new entry gets created for that standup for the day happens every night at midnight.
