How Long Does It Take to Get That Last 5% in the Previous 95%?
Every video that I have uploaded, it took longer to get those last 5% in the previous 95%. It's bizarre and infuriating. For example, all of the view counts are estimated. Everything says estimated. The only thing that knows the real answer is you, YouTube. But they can't seem to answer their own questions.
