The Bocanile ladies show up and they tear his whole body apart. And then there's a little epilogue where Morpheus says goodbye to his son's head and leaves him on the island. If you eat someone gone. Which I think was alluded to in the Joanna Constantine story. Yeah. Everybody knows there's no good meat on the head. It's just all bone of brains.
