AWS SAP have complex offerings. Both organizations are very much data led and so there's no shortage of data to help us make decisions sometimes in fact the challenges is narrowing it down to the most relevant data rather than just whatever data is available. Within Amazon they refer to it as a day one approach continue to look at the business as if it's day one. There's very much an entrepreneurial culture there that the company continues to pride itself on.
