What I mean by an adaptive organization is one that can not seamlessly but fairly flexibly and fairly nimbly respond as there are threats and opportunities that present themselves. And what I find is that in order to respond to a pandemic, a disruption, a viral tweet, a Black Swan event, what we actually need is ways of working that allow us flexibility. So whether that is routines around decision making, an ability to change our organizational structure or the ability to make different kinds of trade-offs with our resources. We're all a product of complex, often failed systems, aren't we? Absolutely. Just a question. Are we staying out or finding our way out? That's right
