The Differences Between Zone Two and Zone Three

There's a prevailing view that you if you want to increase your fat oxidation and etc, you need to sit in zone two. At least some of the confusion is due to the fact that there are multiple systems. In each different system, it's, there may be overlap, but they don't necessarily overlap perfectly. It doesn't make a lot of sense because the best predictor of performance is performance itself.
