How to Deal With Hiring People Who Are Older Than You

I get it a lot from young people is how I deal with hiring people who are older than me and concerns that. Starting out, I mean, I'm still one of the youngest people in my company. And starting out, I was by far the youngest. Most people aren't jealous. They're like, man, that's awesome. You know, if someone if an employee of yours understands that you're out hustling and doing everything you can and they're older than you, they're going to be proud of you. So really, it's not nearly a concern as it should be because that was a big concern of mine before I started.
