The Importance of Mirrored Environments in Automating Processes

When you're trying to automate something, you want it to be as close to the production system as possible. For this project, we estimated around six months of work, which is quite a long time. It turned out to be quite an accurate estimate because there were many roadblocks along the way. The complexity came from it's a system that they built up over a really, really long time.
