The Lushun Anecdote
There's quite a lot of Lushun places you can visit if you are visiting China or if you live there. He has a former residence in Shaoxing his hometown I've been there and it had a bit of a museum as well as the residence itself so it's not just a generic one of these generic former residences that you can find all over China. How many classic or even modern Chinese writers do we know in the West? Not an awful lot, I feel. That's why I'm one reason I've made this podcast something later shows will look at is what West Eastern tastes are for Chinese writing.
