Some people think that free will require the principal alternative possibilities, which in turn will probably require something like quantum indeterminacy percolating up to the level of neural networks. So that's another potential case of intuition independent conflict. Or we might have certain intuitions about free will being in conflict with like pervasive luck in our lives. And then fifthly, many of the rationalists like Leidenitz, Spinoza, etc. seem to have had like a super duper strong PSR, which requires like a deterministic explanations of everything. These are just a few that immediately come to mind.
