The Cost of a Derailleur Pulley
The performance effect is going to be incredibly small. The best aftermarket oversized pulley systems are saving something on the order of 1.8 watts over the stock system. Even an average clean bushing will spend probably half or two thirds as long and even a cheap target skateboard bearing could probably have about the same effect. A lot of the ceramic pulleys on the market today feel the way they feel because they use non-contact seals and really thin grease.
