How to Do Very High R Up Training
i would just recommend saving those sets for the end of your workouts and doing no more than 20 to 30 % of your total volume. Anything over 20 reps would qualify as very high rep. You could probably even say anything over 15 reps, where you are at least now beginning to enter the spectrum of very high r up training. And then of course, 30 and forty and beyond is very, very high rup.
