Xenograft and Block Rafting
The first step is to grow around the edges of the block raft. Then after that, we're going to trim and fit a piece of pericardium or alloderm. I like to use a very fine particle for the xenograft. If you can't fit it in, then just don't try to squeeze it. But if you're really good with your periocer releasing, then hey, that's amazing.
