We laid out in our investor day, and this was right at the beginning of the pandemic. And we are tracking ahead on nearly all of those k p is. There are certainly some places where th environment was different than we expected it to be. We didn't expect low rates over a period of time. But generally speaking, on most of the metrics we can track against, growth in the business,. performance in the business, or tracking ahead. The leadership team thought it was very, very important to be much more transparent and clear about our vision for how we could drive the firm forward.
