If the System Is Racist, You Need to Do the Following Things
Helen Pluckrose in a single tweet, she author of Cinecole Theories wrote that if indeed the system is racist, you need to do the following things. One, identify where it is. Two, show how you're going to fix it. Three, fix it. Four, assess the outcomes. And with all these people at the universities that are getting paid $350,000 a year to figure that out and the diversity, equity, inclusion department. You think they'd be on that now.
