And yet, we've kind of lost touch with our intuition about eating. I magt as you have to cut through the noise and think, what are my needs? Do i need all these little plastic pots of snacks all the time? Or, you know, can i wait till lunch, cause i have something substantial that's not going to make me feel like i want to eat again?
