Creating an Environment Where People Are Not Afraid to Ask Questions

Instead of thinking, men like skys better than me. Why can't i beat this gy think, oh, he's passing my guard. What does that mean? Well, a logical solution is, where is he winning the guard passing battle? And you know, one of the things is not being afraid to ask people asking questions. Having a gim where any one can ask anyone questions and not feel like an idiot, is an extremely healthy thing and promotes a growth.
