Data Is a Voice in the Room, Right?
RJ: Data can tell you a lot about the current state of the machine that you're running. But it could be very challenging to put a data leader and say like, here's where the puck is going because most of our analyses are retrospective. The other really hard part there is I think people are really hard at describing analytically like tail risk or tail successes. It's the 5% either in this really big success case or in the really bad case that can meaning fully change the direction of a company.
