Billy Eilish's new single, The Chimera is at the bleeding edge of where rapping ends and singing begins. There are many ways to read this song but Phineas & Ferb shines as a producer for taking her vocals and imparting meaning in the performance. He does the same thing on Bad Guy, where he sort of affects her voice here when she says, everything I wanted. It sounds like she got everything she wanted and it's totally empty. She's in a giant, empty space.
