The Importance of Getting Feedback From Clients

Getting feedback from clients is much easier in a prototype than with wireframes or anything. The product right now, all of a sudden this customer is caring. We've done all the specs and wireframes before but as soon as we get it into the prototype then they see what we really mean. So when we develop WAFRA we have no documentation really of how it would end up. You know something would call us crazy. How can you actually go into the product where it's so fluid? But actually the analogy is like a tanker, a traditional IT and a non-U.X. It's to set the course and the tanker goes towards its island destination.
