The Informational Processing Approach Is the New Kid on the Block

In the traditional approach, it's believed that you have to have your movement variability low. The ecological dynamics is the new kid on the block. It's the thing that we're doing differently. So, we want low outcome variability. To do that, we teach people to have low movement variability. And we do that through practice activities that have low variability.
