Is Pat Gaddlesinger a Great Manager?

I don't have a feeling that they were misleading us around the dividend. I am where I'm having my doubts with Pat Gaddlesinger is while he might be a great engineer, he's also a great manager. So I do get a good feeling when he talks about the technology. But when he talks, when you see his management style, I don't know because for instance, now asking employees to take a pay cut. If you're in the middle of a turnaround and you need to count on those same employees, they will not forget around that. Not so much about him not being trustworthy. He's praying every Sunday on Twitter.
