The Effects of Wearable Sensors on Chronic Low Back Pain
Cognitive functional therapy was augmented by the wearing of wearable wireless sensors which could provide individualized by feedback both in the clinic and at home. Both the CFT groups were more cost effective than usual care, added to the societal level the cost savings were more than 5000 Australian dollars per patient. The addition of the wearable sensor by feedback did not improve the treatment effect. And lastly CFT was safe. So we saw no difference in the frequency of adverse events in the C FT groups relative to usual care.
