We All Know How to Tell Stories

I think it kind of gives you confidence and roots to know a little bit about your family history. In this world where things change so quickly, i think it can be very calming also,. maybe even just subconsciously. What do you say to people who are not comfortable with writing or might be intimidated by writing? We all know how to tell stories. And writing, giving yourself the freedom to write without editing yourself is really freeing.
