If we actually used a hopfield network as our memory bank, it wouldn't be feasible that some of us might be able to store many memories. You can do this with about n patterns. The same number of patterns has been up af yerons in the network. But then once you go past n patterns, then you add in one more pattern, a single more pattern, ah, the whole net work, all the previously memorized patterns, just go away. So if we were going to analogize that to the human brain, that would mean that we would need lots and lots of nurons to store what we have.
