Can You Overlearn Lessons?

I don't feel that i navigated this sort of organizational, cultural issue very well at c i a. A lot of the lessons that need to be learned are compartmented. And when general hayden became director, he really wanted to bring that culture to the military. I don't think i served him very welldi a particularly good job of doing it. The world is changing so rapidly. Like, for example, what's happened in the last couple of years with russia and ad, you know, ciber influence and all this stuff. There are no lessons that apply fo this really.
