The Future of Women's Football

The aunt of one of my classmates at school played in the 1971 Mexico World Cup, as a 15 year old. Until recently, no one really knew any of these players' names in the UK and they had very little recognition. While still not being recognised at the same level as the men's game, the future of women's football looks bright and promising. But what do you think? Are you watching this year's Women's World Cup? Let me know by leaving a comment on Spotify, a comment on the Thinking in English blog, or you can message me on Instagram as well.
