You have to sample it a couple times over the course of of, let's say a year. Andi always encourage people to try to use the defined routes to do feedback. But if they can't figure out what the defined route is or doesn't work, i'm always open to tracking down a team and getting that feedback directly to the team. If you look at the first one, maybe it meets your needs, maybe it doesn't. If it doesn't, you shouldn't say, oh, sorry, forget it. I'll never go back there again.
