What Drives That Customer Obsession?
Lalit: We were looking for a team which could disrupt the space with the technology first, design first, product first approach. The Groh team is one which is very product centric, has a very strong focus on the customer and that was very clear from the very early days. If your customers are happy they can pay you like I mean I can't imagine a very large very successful company where customers are not happy right? And if you continue serving them really well and if you really understand them business will continue growing right. Personally like I love speed like velocity right speed is bad but velocity is basically in the right direction as well.
