i remember during the the women's march for in uh our last president's inauguration i was kind of burnt out on marching with all of my climate activism and so i went to the trees. I wandered among these ancient trees which has since burned um but just seeing that they had like a piece of the of a huge tree it was huge, 15 feet wide this slice of this tree is what grounds me. We can talk to trees if if talking to another human social scientists have told us that only 7% of that of communicating with you today is our words. 93% of communication is still possible yeah none of that tree is distracted trying to figure out words so right we might gain some of that
