In 2004, spice authenticated and alleged Max Ernst painting, tromblé monde tére. And the painting was sold to a collector for more than 650,000 euros. In May of 2013, spice was convicted in order to pay back that collector. The decision though was overturned by the court of appeal of Versailles.
