The social tragedy of it is especially hard on low income people. People of my generation in Harlem got a good education. And so no matter how poor they were, they could always go on. There was none of this junk that you hear now that's being lion eyes,. This so-called black English, which the kids parents don't speak. You know, you've got a goodeducation. Now what you did with it was your business.
