Optimism as a Channel Changer

Think about you today, present day. Which version do you lean toward? Like, which feeling of self do you embody more often? Just take a mental note. And what I want you to do is just be more conscious of that in your own body as it occurs for you in the coming weeks and really deliberately push yourself to imagine that you are not going to be able to do that. Give yourself that same treatment. See the same version of you that that person saw. Because that's what you need to do consistently. Right now it'll be just kind of a manual setting, but eventually it will become default. Cool. Alright, next tool, optimism as a channel changer.
