The Importance of Time in Preaching

Jim would sometimes start his exegetical work on Sunday night because he'd just be wired. His sermons are written out from start to finish with a fairly full manuscript. Tuesday is very often, uh, office day, cleaning up and writing emails. He has simpler meetings with people, maybe Bible college students or something like that.
