There's a three phase flowchart, page by page master plan. It all comes down to motivation ability prompt, my behavior model. So if you have a persistent bad habit, phase one is focus on creating new habits. You don't worry about it. These could be habits of thought or habits of emotion where you're, you have a temper. If there is a life threatening or very serious, you know, bad habit or addiction, go get professional help.
