Researchers from the University of Michigan say early human foragers may have used digestive as a food source. A thousand pound bison could sustain 25 adults for three days without having to supplement their carbohydrates and things by other means. Archaeologists in China's Hinnan province have found 2,000 year old rice dumplings wrapped in plant leaves that are believed to be the oldest ones ever unearthed in China.
