This chapter explores the Therians community, individuals who identify as animals trapped in human bodies, and discusses the importance of allowing these beliefs to be true to prevent violence and discrimination. It also highlights the parallels between these beliefs and gender identity, as well as the impact of role-playing, fantasy, and social media in shaping personal identity.
