Building a Great ML Team

If someone doesn't have a master or PhD, can they still become a machine learning research engineer? It all comes down to just having that previous experience building models. I think we're not chasing credentials. We're just chasing this mindset that ML engineers have. And how do you build great ML teams? At scale, our ML team is kind of standalone. So it's like a very general context that makes an ML team great. Yeah.
