We can thrive with anxiety and that's what I say about myself. There are a lot of people out there who are all different places on the spectrum between normal everyday anxiety through to having an anxiety disorder. No matter where you are, you're certainly not broken and there is much that you can do. And so we let go so that we can come back to the present moment where we can replenish and rejuvenate. We have to let go of that future tense, that future anxious orientation and be flexible because really mental health is not the absence of anxiety or emotional discomfort.
