Is There a Difference Between Remote and Hybrid Work?

When march 20 twentieth happened and we were all red home for several months, initially i loved it. But then as time went on, i would say the last five or so months that i was solely remote, i found i want the option to go somewhere else. We really need to have a new mind set on how we actually work and what needs to be synchronus. So it's an era of being multi modal workers, and we need to be competent in all of them.
