How Do I Live Authentically?

Every time you're inauthentic, you are sowing a seed for the future. Don't give in to your impulse to shape some one else's behavior. That's how you live authentically. There's satya, which is truthfulness, and there is a hymsa, which is non violence. And even swamis are not immune. What if i want to be disrespectful?
