Is There a Hard Fork?

There is one hard fork that we do need, right? With the UNX time stamping. I've been trying to raise the alarm bell around this. The alarm rail for something we need to do in 100 years. Well, the argument would be that you put in the hard fork flag in an earlier version and it leads to as little disruption as possible. It may be wrong. But the idea of having it in there 20 years in advance sounds useful though. Yeah.
