I associate over or burnout with increased workload in a sustained period of increased workload without any sort of respite from that. And it's often like when people like have been burned out, that's what they do. Like they just try to kind of like shut themselves off and just kind of just completely just lie in bed for days on end. But you know, that can be effective definitely, but I'm talking about severe burnout recovery.
