I remember a talk that Elder Eyring, he's always giving these insights that nobody ever thinks of and his prophetic leadership has just been fantastic. Sometimes we just get so caught up that the only way that we measure success is by numbers in a certain genre not recognizing that ultimately sometimes the biggest success is just being able to help somebody through discouragement or providing for physical needs whatever it may be.
