How to Calculate Your Maximum Heart Rate

In general, what I would say is go out and do a nice warmup. Your core temperature needs to have time to warm up. You need to spend a good 20 minutes just low intensity riding. If the goal is low, it's going to do a low intensity session. That would be my first rule of thumb. Got it.
