The Importance of Parenting With Autistic Kids

Parents of autistic children can absolutely relate to you. It's just really hard to have conversations with parents of neurotypical kids about the challenges and the behavioural issues. The ability to be able to talk to other people that understand is invaluable. We're hoping to set up a volunteer programme so that autistic young adults who are interested in becoming disability support workers can come and volunteer at our camps. And I'm really looking forward to seeing all those friendships form.
