The Constraint Is Not Financing

I think there's every reason to think that many of our problems are absolutely stretching our capacity to tackle them. You know, imagine if the pandemic had been much worse and we would fail to develop a vaccine where we would be. The constraint is not financing. We need to get on with making a planet inhabitable for 8 billion people. However big the money number turns out to be because that isn't the issue.
