The Disconnecting Effects of Aphasia

Nicky's comprehension region is damaged both ways. Low Broca's area is disconnecting too. But apparently you can still get out enough in a word or two that people generally know what you're saying. Where Nicky's aphasia, they can have no clue what you're talking at all.
