Jury Trials - Is There a Connection?

Congress was mostly thinking that we want to avoid the jury trial, and that's why we're going to limit the damages. And it was thought that it rerly takes a judge to make a decision about what an injunction should say,. whereas when you're just talking about money, the jury can kowe, one dollar, two dollar, three dollars. But injunctions are multi dimensional, and you really need a judge who has had some experience on how to do that.
